The Rösler RSAB is a compact wire mesh belt blast machine with one to four turbines. Plastic work pieces travel on a wire mesh belt and are deburred from above, below or both sides in a single pass.

Overview
Deburring plastic parts in one pass
The RSAB is a compact, high-performance system with one to four turbines, depending on the configuration. The turbines accelerate the blast media, which acts on the parts from above, from below or from both sides.
Plastic work pieces move continuously on a wire mesh belt and are deburred in a single pass. The machine suits small to medium-sized work pieces where part-on-part contact must be avoided.
Automatic monitoring, for example of the drives, and automatic blast media replenishment keep the process consistent. The blast media is cleaned in several stages through blast chamber extraction, screening systems and a cascade air separator.
