The Rösler RMTS-80 Multi-Tumbler deburrs even the smallest bulk goods automatically. A lid-mounted turbine blasts the work piece bed while shaped ribs and a pyramid-shaped base keep the parts turning over.

Overview
The multi-tumble effect for tiny parts
The RMTS-80 Multi-Tumbler is suited to automatic deburring of even the smallest bulk goods. A blast turbine mounted on the lid of the blast chamber throws blast media onto the work piece bed and deburrs the parts.
Specially shaped ribs on the inner wall mix the work pieces sideways as the drum rotates, and the three-sided pyramid base exchanges parts between the upper and lower layers. With repeated rotation, all surface areas are covered evenly by the blast media.
The gap-free drum design prevents small parts from jamming. Automatic monitoring systems, for example of the drives, and automatic blast media replenishment keep the process consistent, and the media is cleaned in several stages through chamber extraction and screen systems.
