Overview
Plastic deburring in a soft blast cabinet
The RSKI 1000-S is the 'Soft' version of the RSKI blast cabinet series and is designed for deburring plastics. It handles small, sensitive parts as well as large, sturdy ones, and work pieces from individual parts to bulk goods.
Optional equipment includes a working grate, a rotary basket, a rotary table and nozzle movements, so the cabinet can run anything from manual blasting to fully automatic operation. With the rotary basket, batches stay separate with 100% batch integrity and the blasting material circulates very well.
A large viewing window lets the operator watch the blasting process. An anti-static spray system is integrated, and the blast media is cleaned in several stages through blast chamber extraction and screen systems.
