Overview
Straight vertical lifts for heavy parts
The linear moves the load on a linear guide, which keeps vertical travel aligned and reduces swinging. This suits products that need accurate positioning.
Active pneumatic balancing offsets the weight of the load, so the operator can move bulky items with little effort. Capacity is 800 kg, and loads can be lifted outside their centre of gravity.
The manipulator slides on overhead rails or runs on an overhead crane to cover wide work areas. It runs on clean, dry, oil-free compressed air at 0.5 to 0.8 MPa, and each unit gets a gripping tool made for the customer's parts.
