Overview
Light structure, precise placement
The ferax moves loads on a lever-based vertical system with a parallelogram and terminal arm. The structure is light, which keeps movement inertia low and helps the operator place parts precisely.
It carries up to 80 kg and reaches 4 m at 40 kg, with a 1500 mm vertical stroke. Loads can be lifted outside their centre of gravity, and gripping tools are made for the customer's parts with manual or pneumatic movements.
Operation is fully pneumatic on clean, dry, oil-free air at 0.5 to 0.8 MPa. The column turns continuously through 360° and the intermediate axis up to 300°. Mounting can be a floor column, a self-supporting base, or a fixed or sliding overhead installation.
