Round dark lens with a laser-made geometric texture across its surface
SISMA WH-64P is a Class 1 laser marker with an automatic magazine for 64 pallets, vision-based part recognition and control software for unattended work cycles, from marking to deep engraving.

SISMA WH-64P is a laser marker with an automatic magazine for 64 pallets. It handles processes from marking to deep engraving, and a suction system removes the dust produced during engraving. A vision and automatic part-recognition system, with control software, supports unattended work cycles.
The machine shuts down when a job is finished and supports remote monitoring and job reports. Pallets can be customised to the size and shape of the objects and their required positioning. The magazine can hold pallets of different objects at the same time, and loading and unloading can happen while the machine runs.
The standard Coaxial Vision System (CVS) and Pattern Matching let all parts on the 64 trays of 300 x 300 mm be processed automatically. The maximum part height is 40 mm, or 150 mm by removing the odd-numbered pallets. The device is fully enclosed and is a Class 1 machine.
SISMA lists WH-64P for jewelry and industry work in unattended series.
