SISMA BIG SMARK is a laser marking and engraving system with an ytterbium fibre laser in the base and a 500 x 500 x 380 mm working chamber, for engraving, marking and micro-cutting of metals and polymers.

SISMA BIG SMARK combines an ytterbium fibre laser source, housed in the base, with a large 500 x 500 x 380 mm working chamber. A manual door that opens on three sides gives access to the work area, and the system handles engraving, marking and micro-cutting.
It works on precious metals, steel, brass, aluminium and polymers, from photo-etching to plate cutting and deep excavation. Air-cooled laser source configurations from 20 W to 100 W average power are listed, and lasers up to 100 W allow deep engravings on moulds and punches.
The Z axis has a stroke of 380 mm with 0.05 mm precision and 0.02 mm repeatability, and parts up to 50 kg can be processed. The maximum marking area is 180 x 180 mm with the F254 lens.
SISMA lists the system for jewelry and industrial work, from fine marking to deep engraving.
