Laser head, extraction hose and vertical axis inside the BSP working area
SISMA BSP is a laser marking and engraving system with a granite work top, three motorised axes with 300 x 300 x 300 mm travel and fibre laser sources from 20 W to 100 W, for parts up to 20 kg.

SISMA BSP is a laser marking and engraving system built on a granite work top for stability and process quality. It has three motorised axes with 300 x 300 x 300 mm travel and 0.05 mm precision, and handles parts up to 20 kg with a maximum marking area of 180 x 180 mm.
Three air-cooled ytterbium fibre sources are listed: BSP 200F EP with 20 W, BSP 500F with 50 W and BSP 1000F with 100 W average power at 1064 nm. The system can be integrated with automatic and robotic storage systems.
The CVS coaxial vision system shows the work area directly in the programming software, because the camera view follows the optical path of the laser beam. This gives precise centering, can remove the need for jigs or fixtures, and allows re-machining on the same part to reach the required depth or finish.
SISMA lists BSP for jewelry and industrial marking and engraving.
