Biometra TRIO from Analytik Jena combines three independent sample blocks in one thermal cycler. Run three protocols at once or use the Temperature Optimization Step (TOS) to find the optimal annealing temperature quickly.
Biometra TRIO puts three independent sample blocks into one instrument. It suits multi-user labs and users with smaller sample numbers but different samples, since each block runs its own protocol.
The Temperature Optimization Step (TOS) function uses the three blocks to find the optimal annealing temperature for new primer pairs quickly. A Protocol Wizard and user management are included for convenient operation.
Blocks are available as 30-well, 48-well or a combination, and the instrument can be run from a PC with Biometra TSuite.
