The 96-well PCR standard for research and routine labs
Biometra TOne from Analytik Jena is a 96-well PCR thermal cycler with an optional 12-column gradient. Heating up to 4 °C/s, ±0.2 °C block uniformity and the HPSL heated lid suit most routine and research PCR work.
Biometra TOne is a 96-well thermal cycler for the most common PCR applications in research and routine laboratories. It takes 0.2 mL tubes, 8-well strips and 96-well plates, with a proposed sample volume of 5–50 µL.
The 96 G model adds a 12-column gradient (20 °C maximum span) to find the optimal annealing temperature for new primer pairs in one run. The High-Performance Smart Lid (HPSL) keeps the lid space free of condensation with any PCR plastic, and the instrument runs quietly enough for labs next to office areas.
Like all Biometra cyclers, TOne can be controlled and monitored from a desk PC with the optional Biometra TSuite software.
