The SPM YK oscillating granulator forms the required granules from moist powder material, or crushes dried block stock into granules of the required size.
Two types are listed: the YK160 with painted surface and rotor speed adjustable during operation, and the YK160A designed to GMP standard with a stainless steel surface.
Design & Cleaning
- The sieve can be removed and remounted easily, and its tension is adjustable.
- The rotor can be removed and cleaned conveniently.
- The driving mechanism is fully enclosed in the machine body, with a lubrication system for smooth operation.
