The KGL is a high-speed capping machine developed from the former 8-head model. It is suitable for capping round glass bottles and plastic bottles.
It is used in the pharmaceutical industry, light industry and chemical industry.
Automation & Safety
- Bottle feeding, capping and bottle outfeed are automatic; can run as a single machine.
- Fallen bottles are rejected automatically in the turntable.
- Alarm when a bottle falls in the track.
- No bottle, no cap; machine stops automatically when caps are insufficient.
