The SPM AGF vertical ampoule filling and sealing machine is mainly used for filling and sealing ampoules in clean conditions in pharmaceutical factories.
It is an 8, 10 or 12 station step transfer system in a platform structure. At each step it feeds 8, 10 or 12 ampoules through feeding, nitrogen filling before and after medicine filling, preheating and sealing.
Filling Control
- Standard type uses a cam to control filling; each pump can be adjusted independently or all together.
- Servo type uses a servo system for accurate filling, with pumps adjusted individually or together on the touch screen.
- On the servo type, adjusted parameters can be saved in groups in the touch screen memory.
Transfer Mechanism
- Toothed synchronous belt replaces the traditional chain transmission for steady, quieter running.
- Fewer ampoule stations and smaller pitches; the delivering bar is about half the original length and very rigid.
- Delivering bar guide changed from sliding to rolling type for more responsive movement.
- Synchronous belt ampoule rotating mechanism replaces conical gear transmission and avoids gear abrasion.
