The SPM complete ampoule production line is a compact line composed of a KCQ series vertical ultrasonic washing machine, a GMS-B circulating hot air sterilizing oven and an AGF series ampoule filling and sealing machine. Each machine can also be used stand-alone.
The line handles 1–20 ml ampoules and 2–15 ml vials and completes washing, sterilizing, cooling, filling and sealing under PLC control of the whole process.
