The PIBV2 Supervisory Switch from Safe Signal monitors the open position of post indicator and butterfly control valves. Its housing is intended for indoor and outdoor use and is NEMA 3R rated when installed with the actuator in the vertical position.
A bi-directional actuator allows rising or falling flag installations, and 100% synchronization activates the alarm panel and local bell simultaneously. Two sets of SPDT (Form C) switches are enclosed in a durable terminal block.
Fits post indicator, butterfly, wall post, recessed wall post and pressure reducing valves.
Single side conduit entry removes the need for right angle fittings.
Tamper resistant cover screws prevent unauthorised entry.
Synchronized contacts activate alarm panel and local bell at the same time.
