The OSY2 Supervisory Switch from Safe Signal is designed to monitor the open position of outside screw and yoke (OS&Y) type gate valves. Its rugged construction suits indoor and outdoor applications, with a NEMA 3R rated enclosure when the actuator is mounted vertically.
The mounting bracket and adjustable shaft permit mounting to most OS&Y valves from 1" to 12". Removing the gate valve bracket allows the unit to monitor side-bracket-style pressure reducing valves.
