The Plasma Clean ESP AG UV Series combines dual-stage electrostatic precipitation with UV-C oxidation in one compact unit, removing grease, smoke particulates and cooking odours from commercial kitchen extract air. Efficiency reaches 95% (ASHRAE 52.2) and up to 99% in double-pass configurations (calculated).
The housing is welded galvanized steel with blue epoxy powder coating (RAL 5017) and an IPX4 rating, with a weatherproof cover available. For high grease and smoke loads, especially in sensitive locations, multi-pass configurations at reduced duty and a minimum 1-second dwell time from UV to discharge are recommended.
