Plasma Clean Electro-clean UV is a modular grease, smoke and odour control unit that combines electrostatic precipitation with UV ozone technology for commercial kitchen ventilation. It captures particulates as small as 0.01 micron and breaks down odours and traces of grease through UV-C photolysis and ozonolysis.
The unit is IP55-rated for outdoor installation, has a slimline UV section for restricted spaces and offers an optional oil sump for cleaner grease capture. Low pressure drop keeps running costs down, and the design integrates with Electro-clean ESP and Carb-clean activated carbon modules to form a multi-stage purification line.

- Models ESP 2520-UV2, 5040-UV4 and 7560-UV6 for 0.7, 1.4 and 2.1 m³/s.
- Static pressure below 120 Pa per pass at recommended airflow.
- Maximum temperature 50°C; supply 220 V / 1 ph / 50 Hz.
- UV lamp life around 8,000 hours.
