Overview
Bar end and partial heating
ENRX Induction bar end and partial heating systems provide rapid, accurate heating of bar ends and formed components prior to forging. They are available in two main configurations:
- CBB Horizontal Heaters – Multi-coil systems ideal for bolts, agricultural tools, shaped parts and profiles. Cycle times can reach 3.6 seconds per part.
- CHV Vertical Heaters – Highly versatile, capable of heating any profile up to 1,500 mm. Supports manual or robot loading, and optional wheel-mounted mobility.
Both systems use advanced Sinac converters with automatic load matching, microprocessor control, and integrated capacitors. They can be combined with conveyors, elevators, loaders, hoppers, vibratory feeders, and robot arms to create complete automatic lines.
