Fluxless vacuum aluminum brazing
VAB (Vacuum Aluminum Brazing) furnaces are specialized systems designed for high-quality, fluxless aluminum brazing. Technology eliminates the need for flux and uses magnesium evaporation to remove oxygen and moisture, ensuring clean and uniform brazing. VAB furnaces provide high temperature uniformity, excellent vacuum purity, and the ability to braze complex, multi-surface aluminum components. They are available in multiple configurations: batch furnaces with suspended loads, batch tray furnaces for aerospace/commercial processing, and multi-chamber continuous lines for high-volume production.
