Gas carburizing with vacuum cleanliness
SUPER IQ is a new-generation universal heat-treating furnace intended for gas carburizing and quenching processes. According to the catalogue, it eliminates the need for traditional sealed-quench furnaces while offering vacuum-clean processing quality. The system provides precise atmosphere control, reduced emissions, low part distortion and improved efficiency. It extends operating temperature range, reduces utility consumption and significantly improves overall process capability.
