TF 2/270 E
Single working station for cut-off, tenoning, profiling, glazing beads and squaring, with 99-program memory.
STETON working plants for windows join tenoning and profiling under one control. The TF 2/270 E does every step on a single machine, while the INTEGRA and INDEX angular plants pair a tenoner with a profiler.

The TF 2/270 E is a flexible working station for windows and several kinds of doors, made for small and medium workshops. On one machine the operator cuts off and tenons, angled too, profiles, profiles and separates glazing beads, and squares assembled frames and sashes. A programmable spindle and a turning spindle guard make the change from one operation to the next quick, and a 6-inch electronic programmer sets the shaft height, calculates windows with 1 to 4 wings and stores up to 99 programs.
The INTEGRA angular plants combine a THEMA PLUS or THEMA 2 PLUS tenoning machine with a SINGLE or TWIN profiling machine. They take multiple cutter profiles, so standard windows, doors or wood-aluminium windows are machined without changing the tooling. An optional electronic counter-fence on the profiler needs no positioning or manual pre-setting.
The INDEX working plant has a 10.4-inch colour touch-screen programmer that controls four functions: the vertical stroke of the tenoning spindle, the tenoning carriage stroke and the vertical strokes of the first and second profiling spindles. It stores all programs, data and tools. The cut-off saw takes a 400 mm blade on a 30 mm bore at 3000 rpm with a 100 mm lateral stroke, and the 620 mm tenoning shaft has a 580 mm vertical stroke.
