Touch-screen programmer, 620 × 50 mm tenoning shaft at 3000 rpm, 2–25 m/min feed and 550 × 920 mm table.
STETON tenoning machines for windows cut off and tenon window parts under electronic control. All five models, INDEX, THEMA PLUS, THEMA 2 PLUS, DUAL and POWER, use a tenoning shaft with 620 mm useful length.

The INDEX is an electronic tenoning machine for windows with a 10.4-inch colour touch-screen programmer that controls the vertical stroke of the tenoning spindle and the stroke of the tenoning carriage. Its tenoning shaft has a useful length of 620 mm and a diameter of 50 mm, turns at 3000 rpm, and the carriage feeds at 2 to 25 m/min on a 550 × 920 mm tenoning table.
The THEMA PLUS has a table that tilts ±60°, a 620 mm tenoning shaft with top counter-point bearing and a 15 HP (11 kW) motor. The shaft rises and falls continuously under electronic control over a 580 mm stroke, moving pneumatically on two linear guides. The THEMA 2 PLUS adds a second 620 mm tenoning shaft; its carriages swivel together with the fence for angled cutting-off and tenoning, and at 90° it processes two pieces in a single pass.
The DUAL and POWER use a PC control with a 15-inch TFT monitor and USB port. The POWER stores machine data, tools and programs, runs its tenoning carriage on precise linear bearings with rack and pinion, and has a second 400 mm cut-off saw shaft that cuts the workpiece on the return stroke.
Options across the range include an electronic cut-off saw, a laser showing the cut line, a 450 mm cut-off saw with 5.5 HP for 140 mm working height, a 20 HP tenoning motor, tools up to 370 mm diameter and high-speed brushless vertical adjustment of the shaft.

The THEMA PLUS table tilts ±60°, and the THEMA 2 PLUS carriages swivel with the fence for angled tenoning.
At 90° the THEMA 2 PLUS processes two pieces in a single pass-through with its two shafts.
The POWER has a second 400 mm cut-off saw shaft that cuts the workpiece as the carriage returns.
An electronic length fence sets piece lengths up to 2800 mm on the INDEX, and the POWER calculates length for the tilt angle.
