INTEGRA SINGLE
Patented FLIPPER profiling and chipbreaking shaft, 620 mm profiling shaft and 10.4-inch touch-screen control.
STETON profiling machines for windows profile frame and sash parts under electronic control. The INTEGRA SINGLE, TWIN and MASTER use 620 mm profiling shafts, and the INDEX two 320 mm spindles at 6000 rpm.

The INTEGRA SINGLE has a 10.4-inch colour touch-screen control for working programs with data exchange. Its patented FLIPPER profiling and chipbreaking shaft turns right or left and moves horizontally to work, and the 620 mm profiling shaft has a top counter-point bearing and a 5.5 kW motor.
The INTEGRA TWIN has a first 620 mm shaft with both rotation senses and timed oil-pneumatic control for chip-breaking when squaring, a second 620 mm shaft with a 580 mm stroke, and a glazing-bead saving unit with pneumatic up and down stroke. The INTEGRA MASTER adds a 90 mm FLIPPER spindle that positions right and left, a top milling unit, two 620 mm profiling shafts and a glazing bead unit, fed by 21 rubber wheels and 2 bridge wheels.
The INDEX has two 320 mm spindles of 50 mm diameter, a glazing bead group, a 12-wheel feeder, speed variator and contrast fence. The first spindle turns both ways, so it works as first profiler and as chipbreaker when the outside squaring is made. It runs at 6000 rpm with a 10 HP motor and a 265 mm vertical stroke.
Options include a 140 mm FLIPPER spindle with 10 HP, a left profiling shaft for knock-down elements, a hardware groove unit, a bottom horizontal spindle and, on the INDEX, a carriage for squaring narrow sashes and frames.
