Ship frames
Frames bent to the inverse curve marked on the profile by the frame cutting line.
Nieland SBK frame bending machines bend flat bulbs, T-bars and angle bars into ship frames. An open construction lets the operator follow the inverse curve, and the main cylinder offers 275 to 500 ton pressing power.

The SBK frame bending machines bend flat bulbs, T-bars and angle bars for ship frames. Their open construction gives the operator a clear view of the bending process, so the inverse curve sprayed on the frame by the frame cutting line can be followed and the required radius checked.
A vertical clamping cylinder prevents twist and keeps the web flat, and hydraulically adjustable bending shoes make the machine easy to operate. The main cylinder is available from 275 to 500 ton pressing power.
The SBK series is a long-lasting, field-tested design that has been updated with recent technical improvements, and automatic frame transport is available.
