Overview
Faster bending at a lower cost per part
The MSBend-S is designed to raise productivity and lower the cost per unit. Design changes give faster approach, bending, return and backgauge speeds. The newer MSBend-SH version combines hydraulics with servo motors and draws energy only while the pedal is pressed.
As standard, the machine has a CNC backgauge with X and R axes, a motorized CNC crowning system, a CNC touch-screen control unit and safety features. Options include tower-type CNC backgauge systems, a laser angle measurement device with cameras, a laser bending line, quick-release, pneumatic or hydraulic tool clamping, and a CNC sheet-following system with an extended parking area.
Across the series, bending force runs from 400 to 6000 kN and bending length from 1,250 to 6,100 mm. Approach speed is 80 to 170 mm/s, working speed 7 to 10 mm/s and return speed 70 to 130 mm/s, with motor power from 4 to 37 kW.
