Overview
Accurate, repeatable bending made simple
The MSBend-R press brake series is designed for simple use, strong performance and precision. It delivers high bend accuracy and repeatability.
As standard, every machine has a CNC X-axis backgauge, a mechanical crowning system on the bottom table, a CNC touch-screen control unit and safety features. Options include a CNC backgauge with X1-X2 and R1-R2 axes and quick-release, pneumatic or hydraulic tool clamping.
Across the series, bending force runs from 400 to 4400 kN, bending length from 1,250 to 4,100 mm and distance between columns from 1,070 to 3,550 mm. Approach speed is 80 to 170 mm/s, working speed 8 to 10 mm/s and return speed 70 to 130 mm/s, with motor power from 4 to 30 kW.
