Overview
Electric servo bending without hydraulics
The MSBend-E is an electric servo, non-hydraulic press brake designed with ecological aspects in mind. It combines productivity, accuracy and flexibility in one bending solution.
As standard, the machine has a CNC backgauge with X and R axes, a CNC motorized crowning system, a CNC touch-screen control unit and safety features. Options include CNC backgauges with X1-X2 and R1-R2 axes or with X1-X2, R1-R2 and Z1-Z2 axes, and a CNC sheet-following system with a carriage capacity of 250 kg each.
The technical table gives a bending force of 120 to 300 tons and a bending length of 3,100 to 4,100 mm. Approach and return speeds reach 140 to 200 mm/s and working speed 7 to 10 mm/s. The X axis has a 750 mm range and moves at 350 mm/s.
