The JF-8 is an electronic counting machine. A bottle-blocking device on the conveyor track holds bottles arriving from the previous equipment in the bottling position, ready to be filled.
The product moves in order into the medicine container through the vibration of a corrugated feeding plate. A photoelectric counting sensor on the container counts the product, which then drops into the bottle in the bottling position.
Bottle Feeding Section
- Composed of a bottle storage warehouse, conveyor mechanism and bottle mechanism.
- Large-capacity bottle storage reduces how often bottles must be added, saving labor.
- Quantitative control program keeps a constant bottle supply to the bottle mechanism.
Bottle Rejection
- Reject device at the bottle exit removes bottles with the mouth facing down.
- Bottles passing to the next process are mouth-up, improving the qualification rate.
