The SPM DPH-250 is a high speed blister packaging machine with a high punch frequency and large capacity, intended for medicine packaging in the pharmaceutical industry.
It uses two patented technologies (Patent No. 200620106214.8 and 200620106215.2).
Forming & Sealing
- Flat plate normal pressure forming at low temperature (120℃).
- Blisters with homogeneous hardness.
- Roll mesh sealing to raise sealing speed.
- Cross punching without waste material.
Format Flexibility
- A gearshift transmission changes the ratio between forming and punching frequency to suit different blister layouts.
- Example ratio of forming to punching: 1:4.
