The Mobius Chrom 20 system is a single-use (SU) system for separation and purification of mAbs, vaccines, plasma and therapeutic proteins at clinical and process scales.
It handles processes up to 2000L with flow rates up to 20L/min. Single-use, gamma-irradiated Flexware assemblies are inserted into a clamshell and connected by tubing, giving quick product changeover with reduced contamination risk and cleaning.
