The Taco Plus Two (MPV Series) combines shut-off, balancing, non-slam check and flow-metering functions for centrifugal pump discharge in one ductile iron body. The body can be converted on site from a straight to a 90° angle pattern.
A spring-loaded check mechanism prevents reverse flow, while globe-style throttling and metering ports support system balancing. A calibrated scale and memory indicator allow balancing settings to be recorded and restored.
Combining several functions reduces components and installation space.
Non-slam check action helps limit reverse flow and hydraulic shock.
