Taco CBX Expansion Tanks hold expanding system water inside a bladder made without seams, compressing the air charge on the shell side to help control pressure. The partial-acceptance design provides a defined water acceptance capacity for each model.
The tanks have a fabricated steel shell and a heavy-duty butyl bladder that can be removed for inspection and replacement. Available in capacities from 15 to 800 litres, they are suitable for vertical installation only and must not be used with potable water.
