Taco CA Expansion Tanks help control system pressure by accepting expanding water into a flexible bladder while compressing the surrounding air charge. Permanent air–water separation prevents waterlogging and isolates system water from the steel shell.
The full-acceptance bladder can expand to the full volume of the tank and is removable for inspection or replacement. Multiple capacities and pressure ratings are available, with an optional NSF-certified version for potable water service.
