Taco 4900 Series Air & Dirt Separators from Taco Comfort Solutions use stainless steel PALL Rings to remove microbubbles and suspended particles from hydronic systems, from 2" to 36".

Taco 4900 Series Separators collect microbubbles and combine them into larger bubbles, which are discharged through an integral air vent. Suspended dirt settles at the bottom of the vessel and is removed through a blowdown valve.
The range includes air-only and combined air/dirt models in standard and high-velocity configurations. Optional removable covers give access to the PALL Ring basket, and a switchable neodymium magnet captures magnetite and other ferrous particles.
Removing air and dirt helps maintain heat transfer and system efficiency.

Low pressure loss helps limit pumping energy requirements.
