The Plasma Clean ESP Air Green (AG Series) is an electrostatic precipitator range for grease and smoke control in commercial kitchen ventilation. Dual-polarity ionization charges particles both positively and negatively, whereas conventional honeycomb systems can leave up to 20% of particles untreated.
Each unit has an extra-depth collector cell and stainless steel spiked ionizers for higher capture efficiency, with a solid-state high-frequency power supply and low pressure drop. Efficiency reaches 95% (ASHRAE 52.2) and up to 99% for double pass (calculated).
Four duct-mounted sizes from ESP 3,500 to ESP 14,000 handle 0.7 to 2.8 m³/s, and multiple units can be joined for larger volumes. The welded galvanized steel housing has a blue epoxy powder coating.
