Plasma Clean Electro-clean is an electrostatic precipitator for capturing grease and smoke particulates from commercial kitchen extract air. It is IP55-rated for indoor or outdoor installation and built from cold-rolled sheet steel with a powder-coated finish.
A three-stage process of aluminium mesh pre-filtration, ionization and collector-cell capture removes particles as small as 0.01 micron, keeping ductwork cleaner and reducing fire risk. The modular design integrates with Electro-clean UV modules and Carb-clean activated carbon units for odour and ozone control.
Electro-clean is compliant with EMAQ+, TR19 and BESA DW/172 and is UKCA, CE and UL certified.

- Models ESP 2520, 5040 and 7560 for 0.7, 1.4 and 2.1 m³/s.
- Static pressure below 100 Pa per pass at recommended airflow.
- Maximum operating temperature: 60°C.
- Input: 220 V / 1 phase / 50 Hz; 65 W to 195 W.
