Plasma Clean Carb-clean is a low-maintenance activated carbon module for long-term odour control in commercial kitchen extract systems. Its honeycomb structure maximises adsorption surface area to remove cooking odours, VOCs, ozone and other airborne contaminants while keeping airflow resistance low.
Carb-clean is typically installed after particulate filters and integrates with Electro-clean ESP and UV modules. The modules are stackable and support multi-pass configurations, with three sizes handling 0.7 to 2.1 m³/s.

- Carb-Clean 1: 0.7 m³/s, 30 kg, 540 × 550 × 550 mm, 4 filters.
- Carb-Clean 2: 1.4 m³/s, 50 kg, 540 × 1010 × 550 mm, 8 filters.
- Carb-Clean 3: 2.1 m³/s, 70 kg, 540 × 1470 × 550 mm, 12 filters.
Operating Limits
- Maximum temperature: 50°C.
- Maximum humidity: below 90%, no condensation.
- Maintenance clearance: 640 mm at the carbon housing door.
