The APUS x3 is the high-end anaesthesia workstation from aXcent medical, designed for operating rooms that require extended ventilation capability, high-resolution monitoring and patient-safety features. For neonatal, paediatric and adult patients, it integrates an anaesthesia delivery system with a ventilator, breathing system, vaporizers and precise flow controls.
A 15.6-inch high-resolution display shows waveforms, loops, pressures, flows, tidal volumes and alarm events, and the larger screen area supports intuitive control of ventilation settings. With a tidal volume range of 5–1500 ml, the APUS x3 supports ventilation from the smallest neonatal patients to full-size adults.
Its ventilation modes combine volume-controlled, pressure-controlled and spontaneous support strategies for routine surgery, emergency procedures and high-acuity cases across a wide range of surgical specialties.
