COMAC Serie 3000 profile bending machines run on three driving rolls and cover 15 models, from the 350 kg Model 301 to the 42,000 kg Model 315. Bending rolls adjust independently for double pre-bending of profile ends.

Overview
Fifteen sizes on one design
The Serie 3000 is COMAC's range of professional profile bending machines. All 15 models share the same design: three driving rolls for grip on the profile, bending rolls that adjust independently for double pre-bending of both ends of symmetrical profiles, and lateral guide rolls with three-dimensional adjustment.
The range runs from Model 301 (section modulus 1.5 cm³, 35 mm shafts, 350 kg) to Model 315 (1,300 to 2,800 cm³, 360 mm shafts, 42,000 kg). Models 306 (28 to 40 cm³), 309 (100 to 160 cm³) and 313 (450 to 700 cm³) complete the series. From Model 306 upwards the rolling speed is variable from 0 to 7 m/min.
Each machine has a one-piece fabricated steel frame, a torque limiter on the top roll shaft, shafts and pinions on high dynamic load roller bearings and gears coupled directly to a splined shaft. It can be installed vertically or horizontally and is run from a free-standing remote control station.

What the Serie 3000 bends
