COMAC Leonardo profile bending machines have a pyramid-style design with hydraulic adjustment of the bending roll. They bend pipe up to 2-1/2" and angle up to 60 x 60 mm, in horizontal or vertical position.

Overview
Pyramid design with hydraulic roll adjustment
The Leonardo series is part of COMAC's standard profile bending machines. Both models use a pyramid-style roll layout, with the bending roll adjusted hydraulically and a mechanical positive stop for consistent repositioning.
The machines work in a combined horizontal-vertical position. The Leonardo 4 has 40 mm shafts, 145 mm rolls and a section modulus of 6 cm³; the Leonardo 5 has 50 mm shafts, 175 mm rolls and 8.5 cm³.

Applications
What the Leonardo bends
Each model has a profile capacity table for flats, bars, tubes and angles.

Angle sections up to 60 x 60 mm, bent with the hydraulically adjusted bending roll.
Repeat parts
The mechanical positive stop returns the roll to the same position for repeat bends.
