HTT Pellet Mill Die Deep Hole Drilling Machines are designed for drilling pellet mill dies of 1,000 to 1,600 mm outer diameter, with 2, 4 or 8 spindles, and to work without an operator 24/7.

HTT designed these machines specifically for drilling pellet mill dies. They are built to work without an operator, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Two drilling ranges are offered, 0.8–5 mm and 3–16 mm, on machines with 2, 4 or 8 spindles. Pellet dies with an outer diameter of 1,000, 1,200 or 1,600 mm can be machined. Spindle speed goes up to 15,000 rpm, the feed rate is 30–300 mm/min and coolant pressure is 0–140 bar.
The range shown by HTT includes vertical and horizontal pellet die deep hole drilling machines, a flat die deep hole drilling machine and a pellet die countersinking machine.
According to HTT, pellet machines in all these fields are based on a ring die.
