Overview
Waterjet cutting in a compact format
WaterCut is a precise waterjet cutting machine for 2D cutting of metallic and non-metallic materials with a high-pressure water beam. The process can produce a high-quality cut surface, and waterjet cutting can also be combined with plasma.
Four machine sizes are available: 1.5 x 1.5 m, 1.5 x 3.0 m, 2.0 x 3.0 m and 2.0 x 4.0 m. The machine can run a single tool station or a multi-tool station with a 1200 mm outer span that carries up to four water jets on one Z axis.
A small drilling unit can be added for piercing sandwich materials. Bevel cutting is supported with the waterjet rotator, the positioning speed reaches 56 m/min and the bidirectional repeatability is 0.05 mm/m.

Metal parts
Metal sheets and plates are cut in 2D with a high-quality cut surface.
Non-metallic materials
Non-metallic materials are cut with the same high-pressure water beam.
Sandwich materials
A small drilling unit pierces sandwich materials before the waterjet cuts them.
Serial parts
A multi-tool station with up to four jets on one Z axis cuts several parts at once.
