About Toxkit Microbiotests
Toxkits let industries, water utilities, commercial laboratories and universities run toxicity tests with several species without keeping live cultures. The organisms are dormant or immobilised and are activated when needed, so no large tanks are required.
Test species and protocols are the same as in many standardised toxicity tests and follow ISO standards, OECD guidelines or EPA guidelines. Results are available in as little as two days after preparation and incubation.
