The Mobius Power MIX single-use mixing systems combine high-performance mixing technology with design features that make them easy to use.
The impeller design and motor are based on the magnetically coupled NovAseptic mixing technology used in stainless steel tanks. The systems mix challenging buffers, media and biopharmaceutical ingredients.
Sizes & Construction
- 100, 200 and 500 models are available in plastic or jacketed stainless steel.
- Stainless steel units have doors that open to one half of the mixer diameter for easy bag loading.
- The 1000 and 2000 L sizes have an easily accessible off-set drain.
- An optional integrated hoist for powder delivery is available on the Power MIX 2000 model.
Monitoring & Sampling
- Integrated load cells and temperature sensor.
- Two in-process pH options: a probe port for a re-usable standard PG 13.5 threaded probe, or a pre-installed, pre-calibrated and pre-sterilized Hamilton OneFerm single-use pH sensor.
- Closed, sterile, zero dead leg sampling directly from the mixing bag.
