The HERZ 2662 Bronze Strainer from HERZ Armaturen is designed for HVAC and water service systems, protecting finely machined valve seats and other components from solid particles. The bronze body (CC491K) and EPDM seals resist corrosion, while a stainless steel mesh (0.5 mm) provides effective filtration.
It is compact, easy to service and suitable for horizontal or vertical installation. Cleaning is done by removing the locking screw; isolation valves before and after the strainer are recommended for service access.

- Temperature range: -20°C to +110°C.
- Medium: hot or chilled water; glycol mixtures of 25–50%.

- Threaded BSP connection (ISO 228-1).

- Horizontal or vertical installation, following the flow direction.
- Mesh chamber should face down.
- Spare 0.5 mm meshes available per size.
