The HERZ 4113 DP Cast Iron Gate Valve from HERZ Armaturen is a full-bore shut-off valve designed for heating, cooling and water distribution systems.
Manufactured from cast iron (GG25) with a rubber-coated ductile iron wedge and EPDM gasket, it provides isolation with minimal pressure loss. The valve follows EN 1171 and BS 5150 design standards and has PN16 flanged connections to EN 1092-2.
Its epoxy-coated body supports long-term corrosion resistance in both hot and cold water circuits.

- Pressure rating: PN16.
- Temperature range: -10°C to +110°C.
- Medium: hot and cold water; glycol mixtures of 25–50%. Not for acids or flammable fluids.
Connection & Sizes
- Flanged ends to EN 1092-2.

- Design standards: EN 1171 / BS 5150.
