The HERZ F 4007 DP Controller from HERZ Armaturen is a flanged differential pressure regulator that stabilizes system pressure across heating and cooling networks. It works without auxiliary power and keeps a constant differential pressure within its adjustable range.
With an EN-GJL-250 cast iron body and textile-reinforced EPDM diaphragm, it offers precision and long service life in large hydronic systems. A 1,500 mm impulse pipe is included for connection to a double regulating valve on the supply side.
Pressure & Temperature
- Maximum operating pressure: 16 bar; test pressure 25 bar.
- Maximum differential pressure: 4 bar.
- Temperature: 2°C to 110°C (-10°C with antifreeze).
Control & Sizes
- Setpoint ranges: 10–40, 20–80 or 50–150 kPa.
- Flanged ends to EN 1092-2.
- Sizes DN50 to DN200.
