Overview

Dual-head handheld ultrasound for point-of-care exams

SonoMe H5C10L is a handheld ultrasound transducer from Bionet for point-of-care diagnostics in emergency care, outpatient clinics, general medicine and bedside imaging. With convex and linear heads in a single unit, it allows deep abdominal scans and high-resolution superficial imaging without changing probes.

The convex transducer operates at 5 MHz for abdominal and general imaging, while the linear head operates at 10 MHz for vascular, musculoskeletal and superficial structures. The device connects directly to smartphones or tablets via USB-C or wirelessly, depending on the model configuration, so no full ultrasound console is needed.

Weighing approximately 250 g, the SonoMe H5C10L suits rapid assessments, emergency response, primary care, home visits and mobile clinics. It supports B-mode and M-mode, with color Doppler on compatible configurations.
