Overview
Fetal heart rate and contraction monitoring for maternity care
The Bionet FC1400 is a fetal monitoring system for antenatal clinics, labor wards and maternity departments that require continuous fetal assessment. Its 10.1-inch touchscreen shows fetal heart rate trends, uterine contractions, fetal movement and twin-monitoring parameters.
FHR is measured by ultrasonic pulsed Doppler and uterine activity by a strain-gauge TOCO transducer, and fetal movement is monitored directly. The FC1400 accommodates single or twin fetuses with real-time traces.
Internal storage holds up to 1,000 patient records, and connectivity includes LAN, USB, nurse call and an external printer. A compact footprint and a weight of 3.5 kg allow movement between examination rooms and bedside environments.
